Tone of Voice
Do
- Write concisely, avoid hype.
- Explain benefits concretely: time saved, errors reduced.
- Use active verbs: "build", "deliver", "operationalize".
- Back up with data or examples when possible.
Avoid
- Buzzwords without explanation ("revolutionize", "magical").
- Too-broad promises; stick to what we actually deliver.
- Too many adjectives; let the examples show the value.
Imagery
Guidelines for photography, illustrations, and icons in the AIKI brand.
Photography
Use authentic, real-world imagery. Show real workflows, teams, and results.
- Authentic images from projects and teams, not generic stock photos.
- Navy overlay or desaturation for background images. Full color for hero images.
Illustration
Flat, geometric style in the brand color palette.
- Flat design, no 3D rendering or heavy gradients.
- Only use colors from the defined palette.
Icons
Minimalist line icons in the brand palette.
- Simple SVG strokes, 2px line, rounded corners.
- Use sparingly; let the text do the work.
Guidelines
Use whitespace generously
Let the content breathe. The AIKI brand is confident and doesn't need to shout.
Keep text direct
Avoid marketing jargon. Speak to the technical reality of the solution.
Use accent color for action
Orange is for buttons, links, and key points. Don't flood the backgrounds.
Maintain contrast
Ensure text is readable against the dark background.
Don't use gradients
Our style is flat, clean, and layered with transparency, not gradients.
Don't use heavy shadows
Shadows should be barely noticeable and used only for hover states.
Don't fully round corners
Buttons and cards have small radius (4px), not pill shapes (20px+).
Don't change the font stack
Stick to Space Grotesk and Instrument Sans to preserve the brand.
UI Patterns
Directly rendered examples of CTA rows, cards, and service patterns.
Buttons
Hover: primary goes to light accent, secondary fills lightly, icon moves 3-5px.
Cards / panels
Audit
Discovers bottlenecks and quick wins.
Implementation
Full-stack team delivers model + integration.
Operations
Monitoring, retraining, and improvement.
Hover: lift 4px, light shadow, keep 1px border.
