Terms in plain language
- Commitment and notice
- AI Partner normally has a 6-month commitment, and AI Partner+ normally 12 months. After that, notice is 1 month. A shorter commitment can be agreed.
- Pilot with no further commitment
- The pilot is a fixed price for one task, and you are not committed to anything more after it. Before we start, we agree in writing on what should work after four weeks. If we do not reach the goal, we fix it at no extra cost, or you walk away without buying anything more.
- Ownership
- The data is always yours. The solutions we build are licensed to you for as long as the agreement runs, and you can buy them out. When we part ways, you get the data exported and the documentation handed over.
- Data and models
- In new projects, personal data is only processed on servers in the EU. Where the data is processed in each project is set out in the data processing agreement. Language models that store nothing (via OpenRouter) are only used for data without personal data. Customer data is never used to train models. A data processing agreement is signed before the start. AI Revisjon, our AI audit, is for businesses that know AI is relevant but not where to begin. Over 1 to 3 weeks we interview leadership and staff, map processes, data and systems, and weigh every finding against value, effort and risk. You get an AI strategy and a prioritized roadmap, so priorities rest on numbers, not gut feeling.
One specific solution: AI Development
AI Development fits when you know what needs to be built, such as a chatbot with access to customer data, automation of a workflow, or an AI solution for a defined workflow. We agree on goals, users, integrations and acceptance criteria first. You get a fixed price once the scope is approved, and the solution is handed over with documentation and training.
Ongoing work: AI Partner and AI Partner+
With AI Partner you get an external AI department that takes one task at a time. Each month we find the task that costs you the most time, calculate the savings and build an AI solution inside the programs you already use, then maintain and improve it. If several departments need to start at once, AI Partner+ fits better: two tasks at a time, a review of the whole business first and a regular report to leadership.
Skills in the team: AI courses
AI courses and training fit when the tools are in place but your people are not getting enough out of them. Courses are tailored to your industry and tools, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude, and range from a basic introduction to a leadership workshop. A course works on its own or as support when new AI solutions go live.

What is the difference between AI Development and AI Partner?+
AI Development is a single defined project with a fixed price after scoping, delivered complete with documentation and training. AI Partner is an ongoing agreement where we take on a new task every month and maintain everything we have built. A project fits when you know exactly what you want. A partnership fits when you want to keep finding new ways to save time.
When should we choose AI Partner+ instead of AI Partner?+
AI Partner takes one task at a time and fits when one department is getting started. AI Partner+ takes two tasks at a time, includes a review of every department and gives leadership a regular report. It fits when several departments need to get started at the same time.
Do we need to change our systems to use AI?+
No. We connect to the systems you already use, such as ERP, CRM, accounting and email. Your data stays where it is, and nobody has to learn new tools.
Do we need in-house technical expertise?+
No. We handle analysis, development and technical clarifications. You contribute knowledge of how the work gets done day to day, access to the relevant systems and decisions along the way.
