AI Partner takes one task at a time, and fits when one department is getting started. AI Partner+ takes two tasks at a time, so solutions are finished sooner. On top of that, a review of every department is included, and we keep the overview across them so nobody builds the same solution twice.
How do you keep the whole portfolio current when AI changes this fast?
Models and methods are replaced at a pace where a solution built a year ago is often built differently today. When several departments run their own solutions, the risk is that they are updated out of sync. So we govern the portfolio as one: new models and workflows are assessed across all the solutions together, rolled out in a controlled way where they produce better results, and reported to leadership as part of the regular follow-up.
