Copilot courses for Microsoft 365
If you use Microsoft 365, we teach the team to use Copilot where the work already happens: in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. The exercises build on the participants' own emails, meetings and documents.
The course is tailored to the tools you have licences for. If you use Gemini or Claude, we build the course around them.
AI training for the leadership team
The leadership team needs a different course from the rest of the business. AI for leaders is a half-day strategic workshop: where the business should invest in AI, which risks come with it, and how to create an implementation roadmap.
The workshop is a natural first step before an AI Revisjon, where we map the entire business.
The AI Act and GDPR in training
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations that deploy AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. Norway will incorporate the regulation through the EEA Agreement.
Safe use is therefore a fixed part of every course: what can be shared with an AI tool, how personal data is handled under the GDPR, and which internal guidelines apply. At Fredrik & Louisa, privacy was a common thread through the whole training day, and participants received reminder cards for safe use.
