FREDRIK & LOUISA
ENABLEMENT
From survey to training day and recurring follow-up sessions: around 50 employees across 11 departments put Claude to work in a single day.
Fredrik & Louisa did not want an AI course that would be forgotten a week later. AIKI surveyed the entire organisation first, built a ready-made setup for every department, and ran a training day where everyone built something they can actually use at work. Six department sessions followed, so the skills stick where the work happens.
Fredrik & Louisa
Fredrik & Louisa is a Norwegian beauty and retail company with a broad range across makeup, perfume and skincare. The organisation spans finance, accounting and purchasing through to assortment, marketing, e-commerce, logistics and store operations.
The starting point was typical of a company that has already begun using AI without putting it into a system: 77 percent used AI weekly or more often, but that use rarely left the chat window, and maturity varied widely between departments.
The goal was therefore not to introduce AI. It was to lift the entire company from scattered one-off answers to working habits that survive a busy week, with privacy and quality control in place from the start.
Use without a system, and very uneven maturity
An onboarding survey with 43 responses across 11 departments showed an average comfort level of 3.5 out of 5, with clear differences between departments. A single course pitched at the lowest level would have bored the most advanced, and one pitched at the highest would have lost everyone else.
Usage was also narrow. Almost everyone used AI as a chat, while projects, saved recipes and agents were barely touched. That is where the time is actually saved, but getting there alone is a high bar.
The employees pointed to the pain themselves: email and inbox (93 percent), follow-up and coordination (88 percent), reporting and analysis (81 percent). Privacy was raised by 63 percent, both as an opportunity and as a worry.
Survey first, setup ready, then the training day
AIKI built the entire programme on the client's own answers. The survey became a dashboard of maturity and opportunity per department, and every finding was tied to a concrete tool in the programme.
Before the training day the toolkit was waiting on a dedicated portal: 8 department packages, 16 skills, 20 templates and a getting-started guide, all carrying FLP's own language, rules and design system. Participants were meant to spend the day building, not configuring.
The day itself moved from theory and safe boundaries into practice along a clear staircase: chat, projects, Cowork, skills, artifacts, agents and dispatch. Every participant worked on a real task from their own week, not on a sample.
From one course to a lasting way of working
The entire company went through the same programme in a single day without boring the most experienced or losing the newest. That worked because the programme was built on the client's own survey, and because every department got its own finished setup rather than a generic course binder.
Participants left with a project, a skill or a small tool they had built themselves, three concrete assignments with a deadline, and a catalogue of ten named things their department could build that same month.
The training day was the start, not the finish. Six two-hour follow-up sessions, one per discipline, begin with whatever that department is actually stuck on, and AIKI stays available for questions throughout the period.
