Tredal is a heritage Norwegian trailer manufacturer, and Leiehengeren is their rental concept. We modernized operations with AI chatbots and a phone assistant for customer service, and an automation that keeps capacity per location up to date.
Tradition meets the future
The collaboration between AIKI and Tredal has been an exciting journey. Tredal is a family business with over 130 years of history, known for combining solid craftsmanship with the ability to innovate.
We started by mapping processes to find where AI could have the greatest impact. But technology alone isn't enough, so we focused equally on the people.

AI customer service for Tredal and Leiehengeren: chatbots for two websites and a phone assistant for Leiehengeren.
