Terms in plain language
- Commitment and notice
- AI Partner normally has a 6-month commitment, and AI Partner+ normally 12 months. After that, notice is 1 month. A shorter commitment can be agreed.
- Pilot with no further commitment
- The pilot is a fixed price for one task, and you are not committed to anything more after it. Before we start, we agree in writing on what should work after four weeks. If we do not reach the goal, we fix it at no extra cost, or you walk away without buying anything more.
- Ownership
- The data is always yours. The solutions we build are licensed to you for as long as the agreement runs, and you can buy them out. When we part ways, you get the data exported and the documentation handed over.
- Data and models
- In new projects, personal data is only processed on servers in the EU. Where the data is processed in each project is set out in the data processing agreement. Language models that store nothing (via OpenRouter) are only used for data without personal data. Customer data is never used to train models. A data processing agreement is signed before the start. Do we need you, or is ChatGPT Team enough?
ChatGPT Team is good for the individual employee. AIKI builds solutions that do the task in your systems, without anyone having to sit and ask. Many use both.

What does it cost, and what comes on top?
A monthly price we agree on after scoping. Everything listed above is included in that price. We do not bill hours, and there are no additional costs for operating or fixing solutions we have delivered.
Can we scale up or down?
Yes. Capacity is adjusted to your needs, and you can increase or reduce with reasonable notice. If you need several active projects at once, AI Partner+ is the next step.
