Account Manager

Technical project management and client advisory. Build automations, implement AI agents, and ensure clients succeed.

You own the client relationship from the first meeting through ongoing follow-up. Clients are Norwegian SMBs who need someone to evaluate, build, and explain AI solutions — without needing technical knowledge themselves. You work independently, hybrid, and with high autonomy.

What you do

  1. 01

    Client meetings and strategic advisory

    Map out business needs and translate them into concrete AI initiatives

  2. 02

    Ongoing partner follow-up

    Clients are on monthly retainers — you are the anchor point they rely on over time

  3. 03

    Project management and delivery

    Own the project from design and build through to final implementation at the client

  4. 04

    Automations and AI agents

    Build solutions using Claude Code, OpenClaw, and related tools

  5. 05

    Identify automation potential

    Spot which business processes can and should be automated

  6. 06

    API and system integrations

    Understand how systems connect and data flows — no coding required, but solid system understanding

  7. 07

    Communicate technology simply

    Explain what a system does to managers and staff without a technical background

  8. 08

    Stay continuously updated

    The AI field moves fast — keeping up is part of the job

  9. 09

    Build AI systems

    Set up agent-based solutions, chatbots, and automated workflows tailored to the client's needs

What we're looking for

  • Active user of Claude Code or other AI agents

    Uses AI to build automations for clients, document systems, and stay continuously updated. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.

  • Familiar with OpenClaw

    Understands what it is, what it does, and how it is used in client engagements.

  • Writes well — technically and professionally

    Produces client reports, technical documentation, and internal specs. No ambiguous sentences, no sloppiness.

  • Proactive at the core — not in waiting mode

    Solves problems without being asked, follows up with clients without reminders, and proposes new AI opportunities in meetings.

  • Eye for detail and holistic system design

    Ensures automations work end-to-end, that clients understand what was delivered, and that the system is well thought through — not just that it works.

  • Technical understanding without coding experience

    Understands what APIs are, can read JSON structures, navigate GitHub, and work independently in no-code/low-code tools.

  • Fluent Norwegian — written and spoken

    All client work is conducted in Norwegian. Native or equivalent level is required.
