AI Course Leader

Be the voice that teaches Norway to use AI. Develop courses, give talks, and lead workshops for businesses that want to keep pace with developments.

You help Norwegian businesses understand what AI can actually be used for, and how to put it to work in practice. This role suits someone who enjoys being in front of people, building strong learning experiences, and making complex topics feel simple. You may work on everything from short executive workshops to full-day sessions for teams who want to use AI in their daily work.

What you do

  1. 01

    Lead courses, talks, and workshops

Facilitate learning sessions for leaders and teams who want to understand how AI is used in practice.

  2. 02

    Build course programs from scratch

Structure content, exercises, and progression so participants leave with something they can actually use.

  3. 03

    Adapt content to the audience

Adjust level, examples, and framing for everyone from executive teams to operational specialists.

  4. 04

    Demonstrate AI tools live

Show how tools like Claude and other assistants are used in a safe, simple, and convincing way.

  5. 05

    Turn theory into practical value

Help clients go from inspiration to real workflows, prompts, and routines they can use immediately.

  6. 06

    Keep materials up to date

AI changes fast, and you make sure our courses always feel relevant and current.

  7. 07

Represent AIKI in front of clients

Become a clear expert voice who builds trust in both the content and the company.

What you get from us

We're a small company with big ambitions. That means you get a lot back for the effort you put in.

Professional visibility
You get to stand at the front for AIKI and build a clear profile as a communicator and educator.
Freedom in format and delivery
You influence how our courses are structured, improved, and delivered over time.
Hybrid and flexible
A mix of preparation at home, collaboration with us, and delivery on-site with clients.
Direct sparring with the founders
Close dialogue about content, teaching, market signals, and how we continue building AIKI.
Premium AI tools
You work with the best tools, not free tiers and half-finished setups.
Real influence
What you learn in the room shapes how we improve products, content, and client offers.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication in front of groups

You can hold the room, create confidence, and present clearly without becoming stiff or generic.

  • Able to make complex topics feel simple

You explain AI tools, limitations, and opportunities in a way non-technical audiences actually understand.

  • Structured in both content and delivery

You build programs with clear progression, strong examples, and exercises that create learning, not just inspiration.

  • A facilitator, not just a speaker

You can ask good questions, involve participants, and adapt to the room instead of just reading from slides.

  • Stay current on the AI landscape

You test tools yourself, follow developments closely, and understand which changes actually matter to clients.

  • Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken

Most content and client-facing delivery happens in Norwegian. You need to communicate with confidence and precision.

  • Teaching or workshop experience is a plus

You do not need to come from formal education, but you do need to have shown that you can teach something credibly.

Is this the right fit for you?

You belong here if you...

  • Get energy from teaching and seeing others understand
  • Enjoy making complex tools simple and useful
  • Thrive combining structure, energy, and presence
  • Find it motivating to meet different industries and teams
  • Are curious enough to test new AI tools before teaching them

Maybe not your thing if you...

  • Would rather work alone and minimize interaction with people
  • Feel uncomfortable when you need to improvise in front of a group
  • Find it draining to update content as the technology changes
