What we're looking for
Documented B2B sales experience
You have closed deals before and know how to move a process from first meeting to signed yes.
Comfortable with a commission-based model
You are motivated by results and comfortable with income tracking the value you create.
Strong at discovery and needs assessment
You ask sharp questions, listen for actual business needs, and uncover whether there is a real buying case.
Move processes forward without reminders
You follow up, maintain pressure, and do not let promising opportunities die quietly.
Enough AI understanding to sell credibly
You do not need to build the solutions yourself, but you must understand enough to have sharp and honest conversations about value and use cases.
Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken
Client dialogue happens in Norwegian. You need to communicate clearly with Norwegian decision-makers.
Independent enough to succeed remotely
You do not need an office around you to maintain pace, structure, and ownership in your sales work.
